G’day, I’m Michael.I’m a physiotherapist and trainer with 15+ years of experience in strength and physique training. Staying active has always been my life — from the gym to surfing to exploring the world.I also know the frustration of injury. After two shoulder surgeries and two knee surgeries, I had to rebuild properly and learn how to train smarter. That’s why my approach combines physiotherapy expertise with structured training — so you can keep progressing without being held back.My mission is simple: help you get stronger, fitter, and build the body you want — while staying injury-free.Qualifications

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 2025These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for using the services of Fitness By Physio, operated by Michael Bull. By booking or subscribing, you agree to these terms.Online Physiotherapy ConsultationsCancellation and Rescheduling
• You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment.
• Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours, or non-attendance, will be charged the full session fee.
• No refunds are provided for consultations.
NDIS Clients
• For NDIS participants, cancellations or reschedules within 7 days, as well as non-attendance, will be billed at the full session fee, in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
Description of Services
• Online physiotherapy consultations include assessment, education, exercise prescription, and treatment planning.
• Sessions are delivered via secure video platforms (e.g. Cliniko, Zoom, or WhatsApp).
Risks and Limitations
• Online consultations do not allow for hands-on assessment or treatment.
• Technical issues may occur; if so, your session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
• While secure platforms are used, no digital system is 100% secure.
Technology Requirements
• You are responsible for a stable internet connection, adequate lighting, and a quiet space.
• Relevant equipment (e.g. resistance bands, dumbbells) should be prepared before the session.
Consent
• By booking, you consent to receive physiotherapy services online and accept the limitations of this format.
• You may withdraw consent at any time.
Confidentiality and Privacy
• Your information is protected under Australian privacy laws (Privacy Act 1988).
• I use secure systems such as Cliniko, encrypted video calls, and password-protected storage.
• Information is confidential and will only be disclosed with your consent or as required by law.
Payment Terms
• Payment is required at the time of booking.
• NDIS clients must provide their NDIS number and funding details before the first consultation.
Online Coaching and Training ProgramsCommunication
• Ongoing coaching support is provided via the training app and/or WhatsApp.
• This includes check-ins, feedback, and updates.
• All communication is kept confidential.
Training Platform
• Your personalised program is delivered through the PT Distinction app.
Payment and Access
• Subscriptions begin on the day of sign-up.
• Billing is monthly until cancelled.
• You retain access until the end of your billing period.
Cancellations
• You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected].
• Example: if billing renews on the 1st and you cancel on the 3rd, access continues until the next renewal date.
• Please cancel before your billing date, as payments are non-refundable.
Refunds
• No refunds are offered.
• Services (training app access, personalised programs, resources, and coaching support) are delivered immediately upon sign-up and cannot be returned.
Pausing Your Program
• To pause, cancel your subscription. You can restart anytime — your data and progress will remain saved.
Limitations of Online Services
• Online coaching and rehab are effective for most goals, but in some cases, I may recommend an in-person assessment.
• Technical disruptions will result in a rescheduled session at no extra cost.
Client Responsibilities
• Provide accurate and current information about your health and training.
• Ensure you are medically cleared to participate in exercise.
• Use a safe training environment and appropriate equipment.
• Be prepared and on time for consultations or check-ins.
